Das Basissystem für mittlere bis hohe Schneidevolumen
Description
Dieses Baumann Schneidsystem verarbeitet komplette Stapel
von bedruckten oder unbedruckten Bogen.
Die Lagen werden durch den Belader vom Stapel entladen
und der Schneide-maschine automatisch zugeführt.
Das System kann bedruckte Bogen verarbeiten, nachdem
der Schüttelprozess bereits stattgefunden hat.
Üblicherweise findet dieser Prozess auf einer zentralen
Schüttelstation statt mit dem Ziel, diese Lagen
als Stapel zu verarbeiten.
Das System wird auch für unbedruckte Bogen (vorschneiden)
eingesetzt.
Die Anlage ist somit geeignet für Druckereien/Verarbeiter,
die Druckbogen vorschütteln, für Druckereien,
die vorschneiden ebenso für den Papierhandel, Papiererzeuger
oder Kartonagenhersteller.
Der Schneidprozess erfolgt manuell, somit ist das System
für mittlere bis hohe Volumen geeignet. Kontinuierliche
Produktion und hohe Flexibilität ermöglichen
wirtschaftliches Schneiden.
Das System wird vorwiegend im Mehrschichtbetrieb eingesetzt.
Das wirtschaftliche Schneiden von Druckbogen in hohen
Einsatzhöhen bei hoher Qualität ist durch
die Hintertischbeschickung gewährleistet.
Die Zuführseite besteht aus Belader und Transporteinheit
und die Abladeseite aus dem Lufttisch und dem Ablader.
Loaders 
BAUMANN loaders destack single-layers and automatically tranfer them onto the rear-table of the cutter. Usually, the layers are transferred from the loader to the cutter by an integrated pushing-unit; however, the transport can also be carried out by a gripper transport system. The destacking process can either be assisted by a reflective wedge (destacking of exact numbers of sheets per layer) or by a safety-light barrier. In this case, the sensor is adjusted to the required layer height. If desired, the maximum layer height can be checked after the destacking of the layer. Rather small cuts as well as very smooth materials are fixed by a holding-down device prior to the destacking process. BAUMANN loaders are very dynamic and are able to destack the most different types of materials. They can also be delivered as „universal unloaders“, automatically destacking raw- and pre-jogged materials.
Gripper-Transport System or Pushing Unit
BAUMANN gripper-transport systems and BAUMANN pushing units transfer the destacked layers from the loader onto the rear-table of the cutter. Modern and very dynamic drives guarantee a safe and quick feeding of the cutter. Maximum layer heights can be processed. Wohlenberg High-Speed Cutters 
The cutter is the core of the cutting-system. WOHLENBERG cutters are well-known for their solid construction and their high quality. Very accurate cutting-results and easy operation have been combined with very short set-up times. Even difficult cutting-tasks can be carried out within the shortest possible delay. Modern PC-technology, the touch-screen-operator’s-panel as well as a modern design prove that WOHLENBERG cutters are built according to state-of-the-art technology. If required, WOHLENBERG cutters (115 and larger) can be delivered with automatic waste disposal ASE, increasing the productivity of the system even further. Numerous sensible options are available.
Unloaders
BAUMANN unloaders restack both single- and multiple cuts economically and highly precisely. The manual restacking of cut materials demands a lot of time and strength from the operator. BAUMANN unloaders automate the restacking process. The format setting has been automated. The cut materials can be restacked on one or on several pallets, either in the centre of the pallet or alternating. Numerous sensible options are available.
